Sublimation requires high polyester content. Standard AOP blanks run at 95%+ polyester or poly-blend with brushed fleece interiors. 100% cotton cannot accept sublimation dye — for cotton AOP, FLYP routes the design through DTG with a poly-treatment underbase.

Sublimation prints vibrant on white polyester. Colour fidelity is highest in saturated tones and weakest in soft pastels. The FLYP studio previews the print against the blank colour and seam construction before sampling.

Send sRGB at 300 DPI for AI-generated designs and 4-colour CMYK for vector artwork. The studio converts to the sublimation colour profile during pre-press. Bleed margins are added automatically.
