Sublimation requires high polyester content. Standard AOP blanks run at 95%+ polyester or poly-blend with brushed fleece interiors. 100% cotton cannot accept sublimation dye — for cotton AOP, FLYP routes the design through DTG with a poly-treatment underbase.

Send sRGB at 300 DPI for AI-generated designs and 4-colour CMYK for vector artwork. The studio converts to the sublimation colour profile during pre-press. Bleed margins are added automatically.
