Yes. Welcome kits and recognition gifts run for both full-time employees and contractors managed via Deel. Each program can include or exclude contractor populations as needed. FLYP ships door-to-door in 150+ countries — wherever Deel can hire, FLYP can deliver.

Worker name, work email, start date, work anniversary, country (for shipping and duties), and optionally role or team for segmentation. Sensitive data (compensation, tax forms, identity documents) never enters FLYP. Personal shipping addresses are collected self-serve via secure links sent to the worker.

FLYP runs production hubs across regions to keep shipping local where possible — North America, EU, UK, APAC and LATAM. Duties and taxes are handled at the program level (DDP or DAP, configurable per country). One consolidated invoice, country-level delivery tracking and SLA reporting.

Yes. The company admin portal lets program owners pause a trigger, swap the kit for a specific hire, add a one-off recipient who isn't in Deel, or hold kits for batch shipping. The Deel sync gives you a default workflow; the portal gives you the override.
