01BRANDED STOREFRONT
Looks like your brand.

Custom domain, logo, colors and tone. Same design polish as your marketing site — no shared platform branding, no generic templates.

02CREDITS & ALLOWANCES
Spend within guardrails.

Recurring or one-time credits per employee. FLYP handles checkout, allowance tracking and overage policy — finance keeps control.

03CURATED CATALOG
Brand-safe by default.

You pick the SKUs, colors and price tiers. Employees get choice; you keep brand consistency. No off-brand merch ever ships.

An internal store that runs itself.

Internal merch stores usually mean a side project nobody owns — a third-party shop, a swag closet, a Notion doc. FLYP replaces all of it with a branded storefront, credits, a curated catalog and global on-demand production, so the store actually scales with your headcount.

Per-employee credits and allowances

Recurring (monthly, quarterly, annual) or one-time credits per employee, with overage policy you configure. Finance keeps full visibility on spend.

Employee choice within brand guardrails

Staff pick fit, size and style from a brand-safe catalog you curate. They get choice. You keep brand consistency. No off-brand merch ever ships.

Country-level fulfillment

Same store, every country. FLYP produces and ships globally with country-level SLAs, customs handled and consolidated reporting.

Finance-grade reporting

Spend against budget, redemption rate, top SKUs, country-level fulfillment, CSAT and SLA in one dashboard — exportable for finance and cost-center reconciliation.

A retail-grade catalog, curated for your brand.

600+ premium blanks to pick from. Your program manager helps you choose the anchor SKUs that make the store feel real — heavyweight hoodies, embroidered caps and daily-use accessories.

Questions program owners ask before launching a store.

From credits and catalog control to SSO, branding and finance reporting — here's how FLYP runs internal company stores.

Each employee gets a credit balance — recurring (monthly, quarterly, annually) or one-time (onboarding, anniversary, bonus). They redeem against the store catalog; FLYP handles checkout, production and fulfillment. Unused credit policy is configurable per program.

Yes. The catalog is curated by your program admin — you choose which SKUs, colors and price tiers are available. Brand-safe by default. You can publish different catalogs to different employee segments (engineering, sales, executives, regions).

Configurable per program. Most companies cover production and shipping on credit redemptions, with employees only paying out-of-pocket if they buy above their allowance. Customs duties are handled DDP (paid by you) for international shipments by default.

Every store is branded to look like an extension of your company. Custom domain, logo, colors, type and tone — same level of design polish as your marketing site. No shared platform branding, no generic templates.

Stores ship on a FLYP-managed subdomain by default (yourcompany.flyp.shop) and can move to a custom domain (shop.yourcompany.com) on enterprise plans. SSO via SAML or OIDC ties the store to your identity provider so only employees can log in.

Both. The most common setup is employer-paid via credits, but FLYP supports payroll-deduct, hybrid (employee co-pay above the allowance) and one-time employer-paid grants for events. Your program manager will model the right structure for your finance team.

Redemption rate, spend against budget, top SKUs, country-level fulfillment, CSAT and SLA per region. One dashboard for the program admin and a Finance-exportable view that ties spend to employees, departments and cost centers.
