Materials & weight

FLYP custom bottoms are produced from premium blanks across cotton, cotton-blend, polyester and recycled constructions, with weights chosen to match the use case — from lightweight everyday wear to retail-grade heavyweights. Every blank is sourced from suppliers with audited labour and material standards.

Techniques

Direct-to-garment (DTG) for photographic, full-color graphics, DTF for high-contrast vibrancy on dark fabrics, embroidery for tonal logos and a premium hand-feel, and sublimation / all-over print for edge-to-edge designs. Our AI picker recommends the right technique per file at upload.
