Standard embroidery runs up to roughly 12,000 stitches per placement without garment lift. Above that, the design is rebalanced for density, or moved to a contrast-stitch / appliqué technique to keep the hand feel right.

Threads are matched against the standard Madeira Polyneon and Robison-Anton libraries — close approximation to Pantone references with sample-first sign-off before any bulk run.

Vector SVG, AI or EPS is preferred for cleanest digitisation. PNG at 1500 px or higher works for AI-generated designs. The FLYP studio digitises automatically and shares a stitch-file preview before sampling.

Embroidery is best for tonal and contrast logos, wordmarks, and small chest hits up to roughly the size of a business card. DTG handles photographic and multi-colour designs that would be impractical to stitch.

3–7 business days standard, from design approval to shipment. Rush sampling for events is available where the schedule allows.

Polyester embroidery threads are tested for wash durability — cold wash, low-tumble dry preserves the stitch tension over hundreds of cycles. Specific care instructions ship on every garment.

Yes — woven inside-neck labels are stitched into the neck seam for a clean retail-grade finish. On enterprise programs you can fully replace the neck label with custom branding.
